We met at Victoria/Hardgrave Rd corner although Jacque had come from home so had completed the Gladstone Rd hill before we even started!
This was my second time and I found it a lot better. It really helps when you know where the hills are and how long they're going to be. Michelle and Kirsty were sporting new cycling shorts complete with padded undercarriage. Comfy Arses R Us!
Jacque was in her lovely pink and black stripey socks which I think added a very tongue-in-cheek attitude to her other more serious cycling garb. Short rest stops at Regatta and St. Lucia. Jacque peeled off and went home after the bridge having done her full circuit. We stopped for another rest after arriving on Gladstone Road and then again at the top of the hill.
These shots were after the Green Bridge when we discussed the merits of Kirsty and Michelle's new cycling shorts. Hidden away by their lovely floaty dresses.
