It started off out to the uni via Coro drive and over the green bridge but instead of along Gladstone, i crossed at the lights to Dutton Pk achool, then along Park Road which leads to the expressway bike path. Then along it (north) to Kangaroo Point bikeway and around Kangaroo Point to Dockside. Then at Ferry Rd you can get onto the Story Bridge and ride across it. At the other side you go right and down a path which gets you to the riverside path which leads to the gardens and then back home. It took me 1hr45 (with getting slightly lost!) Nice little detour. Almost all bike path and quiet streets.
That's 28.77 kms according to my painstaking calculations.
